Nasi Goreng Kampung
Nasi Goreng Kampung recipe, a favorite dish of many. Tasty and simple, suitable for eating, delicious served with sambal belacan to add more kick. If you want more spicy fried rice in this village, you can add rice chili.
Ingredients:
3 cups of rice
6 shrimp, skin removed
2 squid, cut round
3 onion cloves
3 reviews of white onion
6 grains of rice chili
1/2 bundle of spinach
1 small bowl of carrots, diced
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 egg
2 pieces of fish cake, cut into cubes
fried anchovies
allspice powder
salt and sugar to taste
Ingredients for coarse mashing:

6 grains of rice chili
Preparation method:
Heat the oil, sauté the coarsely mashed ingredients until fragrant.
Add carrots, shrimp, squid sauce, fish cake, oysters and fish sauce. Cook for a while.
Insert the chopped spinach stalks. Then add the rice and stir until well combined. After that make a hole in the middle of the fried rice and add the eggs. Let the eggs cook for a while and crush before mixing well with the fried rice.
Add spinach leaves, pepper powder, salt and sugar to taste. Stir until the rice is well blended and crisp.
Sprinkle with fried anchovies before serving.
