Tomyam Fried Rice Recipe


Tomyam Fried Rice Recipe, which is really delicious. If you're good at cooking, you don't need to go to a Thai shop to eat :) One of our favorite menus, try it because it's not hard to make. In this recipe, we're using seafood. You can mix chicken or meat if you like.


Ingredients:

Ingredients for fried rice:

3 cups of rice, which has been chilled

1 egg

2-3 tablespoons Tom Yam paste (Che Nom uses Tom Yam Kung paste)

7-10 shrimp, remove skin and clean

2 squid, remove skin membrane and cut into rounds

2 lemongrass stalks, thinly sliced

3 pieces of kaffir lime leaves, shred

2 tablespoons squid sauce or fish sauce

cabbage vegetables, cut into small pieces

carrots, cut into small cubes

2-3 pieces of mustard, thinly sliced

Ingredients for coarse mashing:

4 onion cloves

3 cloves of garlic

6 grains of rice chili

Materials for additional decoration:

fried crackers

fried eggs eyes

Preparation method:

Ways for tom yam fried rice:

Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the coarsely mashed ingredients until yellowish and fragrant.

Add the shrimp and squid, and stir until half cooked. Then add the eggs and stir for a while. Add the tom yam paste, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, carrots and mustard stalks (if using), stir for a while over low heat.

Add rice, stir until smooth. Pour in the fish sauce or squid sauce, continue to stir until the rice is well dried. Then add the cabbage and mustard leaves. Season with a little allspice, salt and sugar to taste.

Serve with fried crackers and fried eggs.
